2008 Lady Flash Softball Clinic

Hitting & Fielding Fundamentals and Drills!!!

     Saturday, March 29, 2008 will be the first Lady Flash Softball Clinic.  This will present young players
with the opportunity to learn new techniques and drills that will help them to improve their game and take
it to the next level.

     Players will be divided into small groups by age / school grade so the instruction will be more personal
tailored appropriately to their age.  All who register for the clinic by March 22, 2008 will receive a
FREE T-Shirt

     The day will be split into a morning and afternoon session, with a FREE lunch to be provided by the
Lady Flash (hot dogs and drinks).

     Morning Session:  Hitting Skills and Drills
                                 Players will learn several different techniques to hitting, including bunting, slapping
                                 and developing a proper swing.  They'll be introduced to several drills that the
                                 Lone Oak Softball team uses to correct swing problems and build overall strength

     Afternoon Session: Game Winning Defense
                                 Players will learn proper fielding and throwing techniques for infield and outfield play,
                                 as well as drills that they can use to help strengthen their defensive play and
                                 become a better overall player.

     Registration Fees are $35 per player (Coaches, contact us for a team discount of $5 per player when you bring 8 or more players from your team.)

     Registration open to players in the 3rd through 7th grades.
